I'm registered but I can't login
You must have cookies enabled in your browser. What is a cookie? A cookie is simply a piece of data stored by a website on your computer. Only that website can access the cookie. Cookies are used by most websites that offer personalized content such as shopping baskets to store temporary data without having to re-calculate it all the time. Can I allow cookies just for certain sites? Yes, your browser should allow you to specify which sites can set cookies or which sites are blocked.
There's a problem with a purchase I have made
Please login to your profile, and click to view your order status within the orders section. Your orders are listed by date. If you want to contact someone about the order, please use the contact link there. Using this contact form ensures the reference numbers for your order are automatically brought in so we can deal with your enquiry more quickly.
I'm trying to register but have not received the registration email
Emails can take a few minutes to arrive at busy times but if you've waited longer than this, there may be a problem. The most likely problem is that the email might have been marked as spam or otherwise rejected by your email provider. If you have one, please check your junk mail folder to see if the message is there. Or, if you can control your own spam filter, please try disabling the filter temporarily. You can re-request the registration email at any time (and change the destination email address) here.
The link in the registration email is not clickable
Normally an email program detects links in emails and makes them clickable. If this does not happen, you can simply copy and paste the link into the address bar of your browser, and press enter. When you copy and paste, make sure you select the entire address as it can sometimes be split across two lines.
Why is registration required for poll voting?
It wasn't originally. Unfortunately some people abused the system so we had to change the system to require login first. Our principle is always to make features of the site available with as few restrictions as possible, but at the same time making sure a few people can't spoil it for everyone else.
