Turner Gives His View

Graham Turner
"If you don't take the chances, you don't win games" That was the message coming from Turner during his post match interview yesterday.
United's supremo talks about a tale of missed chances, as well as looking forward to the Morecambe trip. Graham also confirms that Theo Robinson was withdrawn for tactical reasons rather than becuase of injury.

A really really disappointing display today. Looked disjointed and poor in front of goal. It was the same old same old upfront, forwards who couldnt finish, never looked liked scoring from some excellent chances, surely after only 1 goal in 3 home games Simon Johnson deserves a chance, even if its only 30 mins! The pamper day at Holme Lacy didnt do the trick. But we got to look forward as this team has a lot more to offer. We surely cant play that bad again. Kris Taylor, Rosey and Superman didnt disapoint. Come on Lads make the home fans proud!

not a great game we need to be more clinacal in front of goal didnt play half as good as last week edgar street should be our fortress its more like a wendy house at the moment we"ll see if it can be turned around in the next home match

Very dissappointing but lets not forget that this team has only been put together very recently. Certainly there is much better to come. Good start to the season over all. Come on the Bulls!
