Smith and Benjamin Recieve Player of Month Award

After receiving 38% of the poll each, Trevor Benjamin and Ben Smith yesterday shared the Player of the Month Award for September.

Trevor Benjamin's four goals during the month of September, and Ben Smith's numerous good displays and Man of the Match awards has seen the two players share the award following the vote on the Official Hereford United Website.

Trevor Benjamin has also been shortlisted for the Powerade League 2 Player of the Month, an award which will be decided tomorrow evening, during Sky Sports' Football League review programme.

Smith and Benjamin join Lionel Ainsworth in winning the Official Hereford United Website Player of the Month Award so far this season.
