Well done to all connected with the Bulls fantastic season, that includes the fans. I first watched football at Edgar Street back in the early sixties but now I am at every match via the internet. There have been lots of ups and downs but this weekend to me was as good as the afternoon I was at THE Newcastle match. I am waiting to collect my winnings from the bet I had at the begining af the season that the Bulls would be promoted.

fantastic, with so little funds in the club, this make it even more rewarding. Will try and fly down for the final match party. from the northwest highlands.

  • Well Done HUFC. FANTASTIC acheivement on a limited budget. Lets us remember just how far this club has come in last 7 years . From verge of Financial oblivion to this. Well done to the team but surely special mention too to Joan Fennessy for Superb behind the scenes financial management but above all to Graham Turner a TRULY PHEONOMINAL ACHEIVEMENT. PLEASE ENJOY ALL THE CONGRATULATIONS,. THOROUGHLY THOROUGHLY DESERVED. You stood by the club when NO ONE else would. THIS ACHEIVEMENT TRULY BELONGS TO YOU. From humble supporter and gateman, THANK YOU, SEASON HAS BEEN FANTASTIC.

THANKS to all at the club but particularly to GT for another fantastic day out ! I was so nervous the last few days but never realised we would clinch promotion this day and in such style. Ten years ago I wept and bought a home shirt, truly believing that was a momento of an extinct club I'd never watch again. Since the mid 70s as a schoolkid(still have the same B&W scarf received as birthday pressy the day me & my pals watched us play Brighton at top of Div 3) I've loved the Whites and enjoyed good & bad days. But GT, JF & co stuck with the club and at Leicester I cried again, and yesterday once again that same old "lucky" shirt and scarf were getting wet with tears of joy. Now I'll have to buy a new Yellow shirt to honour this great achievement, "DISGRACE". THANKS for the good times HUFC, "our supporters are the best", GT for Knighthood. Now lets get the stadium and financial backing this GREAT "little" club deserve. Onwards & Upwards ! Appy Archie from the Vurrest & West London

I planned to go to this match some time back thinking it could be the decider! So glad I did! First time I've been to see one of the really significant matches! WELL DONE TO GT, JT & ALL THE BOYS - YOU'VE BEEN AWESOME ALL SEASON! However I must have a little moan... People complain and slate us 'cause of small crowds. I have to wonder if it's because people don't want to stand/sit with foul mouthed idiots like the one behind me yesterday. There was a dad and his two young boys in front and this guy was swearing profusely at the slightest thing. I wouldn't bring my kids to hear that sort of language. Surely this prevents our fan base growing? Some of the songs feature swear words too! We played quality football to get where we are now. We can't become great without supporters of quality too. Lets clean it up and show Division 1 what we're made of on and off the pitch eh? A Very happy but slightly ashamed Bull

  • Absolutely brilliant! I had a feeling that if we won against wrexham the other night, it would be a certain, and they pulled through, even away from home. Congrats to GT and the team, also to the fans for the support as well as everyone who works behind the scenes at ES to make this season such a succesful one. premiership for 2012/13 ;)

Congratulations to all at United on Promotion. I now live in the east of England but was born in Hereford and as a boy/young man watched EVERY first team & reserve match with my father right through the 1950's and early 1960's till I moved from Hereford. That was in the days of the old Southern and Birmingham Leagues! I have followed them ever since through thick and thin and am the proudest man in the east today!

Well done Hereford United. I am so happy and proud of what you've done. Long live Hereford United FC.

  • BRADFORD CITY FAN

Well done. Hereford played superbly when they came up to Bradford and were very impressive. I'm not surprised you've gone up. We've just played the MK Dons and were unlucky not to get a draw out of it but against Hereford, there was only one team in it. Best wishes for next season

  • MarkCK

Somewhere at home I still have the press cuts from the last time Hereford went from the 2nd to the 1st division (ok back then 4th to the 3rd). For me with the way the game has changed I feel this is an even bigger acheivement. Living oversea's I do not get to many games (last one was Boxing Day 2006 at Forest Green?) but I'll start making plans now to be at the first home game :)

    Congratulation to everyone involved!!

Well done to the lads and all associated with the club including the fans who turn up each week to pay to get in and watch, I live in Australia, but have followed the Bulls for about 5 years now, with the internet it is so much easier, I know that the lads and the club will continue to prosper, and I look forward to seeing the Bulls play against my other english team the Gunners in the Premier League, well done guys and good luck for the future
