Leagues 1 and 2 Playoff Second LegsArticle Date: 15 May 2008 The finalists for the League 1 and League 2 2007/08 play-offs will be decided over the course of the weekend... Carlisle take a 2-1 advantage into their second leg game against Leeds United at Carlise's Brunton Park on Thursday evening in a 7:45pm kick-off as the two teams battle it out for a place in the Coca-Cola Championship. The first leg saw Carlisle take a two-goal advantage before Leeds pulled a goal back in the fifth minute of injury time to keep the tie alive. Thw winners of tonights play-off semi final will face either Doncaster or Southend who will go head-to-head on Friday night after their first leg finished goalless. Saturday will see the League 2 semi-finals concluded with Darlington taking a 2-1 lead to Rochdale in a 12 Noon kick-off. Wycombe will visit Stockport in the second semi-final, which gets underway at 6:00pm with the two sides having battled out a 1-1 draw in the first leg. The League 1 final is set to take place at Wembley on Sunday 25th May, with the League 2 showpiece on Monday 26th May. The Championship Playoff final will be fought out between Hull City and Bristol City. Hull progressed to the Wembley final with a 6-1 aggregate victory over Watford, whilst Bristol City secured their place on the hallowed turf with a 4-2 win over Crystal Palace over the two legs.
