FULL TIME: Bristol Rovers 6-1 Hereford United.

The punishment is over.

90mins: Steve Guinan bundles home a late Bulls consolation from close range.

2 MINUTES ADDED TIME

88mins: United win a corner with a Diagouraga through ball being turned behind. MacLeod sends it in from the left but Phillips claims in goal for the hosts.

87mins: Rose gives away a free kick in a dangerous position, 30 yards out. There's five men in the United wall, but Chris Lines still manages to beat the wall and send the ball into the top left hand corner of the net.

85mins: It's turned into a scrappy game as both sets of players play out the end of the game.

78mins: SUBS: Rovers make a double change bringing on former-Bull, Andy Williams and Ben Hunt for Duffy and Lambert.

77mins: GOAL! Lambert sends a curling free kick from 30yards out around the wall and into the bottom corner of the net to give the hosts a 5-0 lead.

74mins: Hudson-Odoi wins a corner which MacLeod sends to Beckwith who sees his header cleared off the line by the Rovers defender on the post. Threlfall then sends a long range effort wide.

72mins: SUBS: Turner makes a double change, taking off the largely ineffective Johnson and Easton and replacing them with MacLeod and Done.

71mins: Easton sends a flicked header narrowly over the bar from the edge of the 6yard box after a neat Threlfall left footed cross.

64mins: Johnson sends a free kick into the box, but it's cleared by Bristol's first man, The Bulls keep the ball - with Diagouraga sending a high ball into the box which Beckwith can't get any power on with a header.

58mins: Easton sends a free kick in towards the near post - but Rovers manage to half clear, and block a Beckwith shot on the edge of the area.Hudson-Odoi has certainly livened things up for The Bulls, and on his short display so far must be pushing for a starting place next week.

55mins: United finally manage to find the back of the net, but Hudson-Odoi's well taken finish is ruled out for offside.

54mins: A decent looking Bulls move comes to nothing with Threlfall's cross only managing to find the nearest Rovers' defender.

51mins: Beckwith almost finds the back of his own net, but he watches on relieved that his deflection went an inch of two wide and out for a corner.

Today's attendance is 6,735 with 588 travelling Bulls fans.

47mins: United almost grab a goal back, but a Johnson shot is cleared off the line.

46mins: GOAL! Very much game over as Rose gets completely beaten for pace on the right, with Jeff Hughes slamming the ball past Samson and into the back of the net.

4:03pm: The second half is underway - United have it all to do if they are going to get anything from today's game, to say it's a huge task seems to be an understatement at the moment!

4:00pm: The players come out of the changing room for their pre-second half revitaliser - there's no Ashikodi, with Hudson-Odoi warming up.

3:55pm: Bradley Hudson-Odoi has been called to the changing rooms so it's looking likely that he'll be coming on for the second half in place of Ashikodi.

HALF TIME: Bristol Rovers 3-0 Hereford United

2 MINUTES ADDED TIME

44mins: Again Guinan impresses with his work rate - chasing down the Rover's backline. Ashikodi then forces a corner which Easton sends in towards Beckwith and Oji - however Rovers manage to clear their lines, before a ball back into the area from Johnson is claimed by Phillips.

41mins: Again Rovers go close - this time Lambert sends a right footed lobbed shot just over from the edge of the area.

40mins: Smith tests Phillips from the edge of the area, but the Gas 'keeper punches the ball away and out for a throw.

39mins: United go close with Richard Rose sending a shot just wide of the upright. After receiving a Johnson cross the Bulls right back just couldn't get the ball out from underneath his feet and the shot sailed wide.

36mins: BOOKING: Oji goes into the book needlessly for kicking the ball away after conceding a free kick 40 yards from goal - Rovers then go close from the following free kick, but United manage to clear.

35mins: Johnson wins a free kick out on the right hand touch line, and a Clint Easton free kick to the near post narrowly evades both Steve Guinan and Ashikodi.

33mins: United briefly managed to show a glimpse of what they are capable of before Threlfall got a rush of blood to his head and fires over from 30 yards out. A word for Steve Guinan who is leading most of United's better moves.

28mins: United almost manage to break into the hosts' penalty area, but Ashikodi failed to read a seemingly intelligent pass from Guinan on the edge of the box.

24mins: Guinan manages to send a header in on target from a Johnson free kick but Phillips claims comfortably in the middle of his goal.

22mins: GOAL! Almost game over here as Bristol stretch their lead to three - Duffy grabs his second, taking a touch before firing high into the net past Samson.

20mins: Ashikodi gives the United fans something to cheer - a corner out on the right, but Eastons' flag kick is cleared at the near post.

17mins: A bit better from The Bulls who managed to string together a number of passes before a Threlfall cross from the left finds Phillips in the Rovers' goal.

14mins: United lose possession in the middle of the park not for the first time, as a stray Johnson pass fails to find Rose on the right. However The Bulls manage to win the ball back briefly before giving away a free kick on the half way line which comes to nothing.

13mins: BOOKING: Pipe goes into the book for a late challenge on Clint Easton over on the left hand touchline.

11mins: Well it's not far off being backs to the wall stuff here as United try and steady themselves after the shock of the quick-fire goals. There's not a lot to report in terms of United attacks, but Diagouraga has just forced Phillips into his first save of the game with a shot from the edge of the area. Phillips was again in action shortly afterwards - claiming a cross with Guinan challenging.

8mins: The Bulls should have been three goal down there as Duffy gets around the back of the United backline before firing against the upright.

5mins: GOAL! It's just got twice as bad here at The Memorial Stadium as Ricky Lambert curls one in from 20 odd yards out.

2mins: GOAL! The worst possible start here for The Bulls as Duffy breaks through on the right, past Beckwith who probably should have dealt with it, before coolly slotting home past the diving Samson.

2mins: United have had the first attack of the game, but it comes to nothing as an attempted cross from Steve Guinan is blocked and cleared. The hosts' then break but Duffy is flagged offside as he runs through on goal.

3:00pm: We're underway here at the Memorial Stadium, Hereford United will be shooting towards Blackthorn End which houses the home fans. The United fans are situated in the corner of the Becks' South Stand and the corner of the East Stand terrace which runs along the side of the pitch.

2:53pm: Just five minutes to go 'til kick off, the players will be walking out shortly before lining up for the pre-match 'respect' handshakes. Once those formalities are over with it will be game on!

2:37pm: Just over 20minutes to go until kick off in today's game between Bristol Rovers and Hereford United, here at the Memorial Stadium. The ground is starting to fill up nicely, and both sets of players are going through their final pre-match preparations.

We'll have full text commentary starting at 3pm - but for those of you living within Herefordshire, and within listening distance of a radio, then a reminder that BBC Hereford & Worcester are carrying live commentary on their airwaves.

2:28pm: The team sheets have just landed on the desks in front of us, with both sides going into this afternoons game unchanged.

Bristol Rovers: Phillips, Pipe, Anthony, Elliot, Lescott, Lines, Campbell, Disley, Hughes, Lambert, Duffy.

Subs: Hinton, Williams, Green, Hunt, Rigg.

Hereford United: Samson, Rose, Beckwith, Oji, Threlfall, Johnson, Diagouraga, Smith, Easton, Ashikodi, Guinan.

Subs: Randolph, Hudson-Odoi, Taylor, MacLeod, Done.

2:12pm: Hello and welcome to today's game, live from The Memorial Stadium. We've taken up our position in the press area high above the half way line at the Memorial Stadium. Former Bull, Ryan Green has been taking part in some light training, although he isn't fit enough to take part in today's game.

Looking through Bristol's results this season, and at the tail end of last season, we've noticed they've not won on home soil since 16th February - let's hope that form continues this afternoon!
