To ensure that learners are fully prepared for the future, the programme includes a full-time education package, incorporating:
- BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma, worth up to 3 A Levels
- Allows access to university
- Opportunity for vocational qualifications, such as Level 1 coach
- Opens the door to a coaching career in football
- Fixtures programme
- Regular fixtures representing Hereford United FC in a league
All learning takes place at Hereford United Football Club, under the direction of experienced education professionals.
All learners have access to a computer and a bespoke Virtual Learning Environment, which facilitates the teacher in delivering personalised learning for individuals.
Learners will have the opportunity to train in football for up to six hours a week with Hereford United coaches.
Training will be supplemented with regular fixtures against other teams in a regional league, as well as friendly fixtures against other professional football clubs.
