John Trewick said "I'm absolutely delighted, we kept a clean sheet again and managed to get the win," following the Bulls' 1-0 win against Torquay.
"Second half we dug in a defended very well.
"Torquay had their periods where they had the ball and tried to create. But there was a lot of character, a lot of determination from us.
"I was very, very pleased with the way at the players dug in and it's a great win for us."
On Gavin McCallum's third goal in two games Trewick commented: "From set-plays we put people in certain areas, and sometimes it takes composure and calmness to stand still in that little area, and wait for the ball to arrive.
"That back post area is often where the ball ends up, so he did his job, I'm delighted for him. What he has to do now is build on it and maintain it."
After winning two matches on the trot Trewick said: "We've turned it around in the last couple of games, we've got the points we were looking for and what we have got to do now is continue to build on it... not take anything for granted, there shouldn't be any complacency.
"We shouldn't be where we are, we want to be as high up the league as we possibly can. That has to be driven home, we have to make every game count and get as many points as we can."
Youngster Tyler Weir picked up a knock in the second half.
"He's got an injury around the top of his thigh, we are not too sure what sort of an injury it is is at the moment," Trewick added.
"The young lad has done really, really well since getting into the side, we'll establish what the injury is and hopefully he'll be OK to start next week."
